Losner Park, a serious public park in downtown Homestead, FL reopened to three,000 guests celebrating the brand new area with reside music, fireworks, and extra.
Sasaki reimagined Losner Park as a brand new signature park for Homestead that will welcome individuals of all ages. The design features a meals truck plaza, a brand new sculptural-style play area, a big occasion garden and coated stage, a hammock entry backyard and seating space, lush backyard areas with numerous native plant supplies, and a redesigned veterans’ memorial.
The brand new park design grows the prevailing park and facilities from .68 acres to three acres.
“We started working with the Metropolis of Homestead virtually 4 years in the past to considerably broaden and redesign Losner Park,” says Sasaki principal Alan Ward. “We designed a distinctly South Florida panorama that appeals to all–particularly households.”
