“2022 was filled with many adventures and surprises, however one of the best of all was my first sight of ‘Strawberry’ within the Nice Bear Rainforest,” says Ames. “Throughout only a few weeks of the 12 months, the spirit bears come out to the streams to fish for salmon. I used to be fortunate sufficient to spend a couple of days sitting beside that stream in October. This was the primary time I laid eyes on her and I’ll always remember that second.”
