
The Society of Backyard Designers (SGD) has granted its ‘Educator Standing’ to the Yorkshire Faculty of Backyard Design, lower than a 12 months after it opened its doorways to college students.
The varsity, based mostly at Harewood Home close to Leeds, launched in final September. It has acquired Educator Standing in recognition of its excessive requirements of backyard design training and ‘greatest follow’ educating and is one among solely two instructional suppliers within the north of England to carry SGD accreditation.
It’s run by a crew of tutors and contributors, together with designers, landscaper contractors, horticulturists and head gardeners, with programs open to amateurs and professionals alike.
